濕法貼膜裝置搭配專門為濕法貼膜應用而設計的干膜阻劑，于壓膜前在潔凈的銅面上涂覆一層厚度均勻，連續(xù)的水膜，然后連續(xù)壓膜，有效改善了干膜的流動性，密著性，從而減少界面氣泡等壓膜缺陷的產(chǎn)生。
The wet laminating device is equipped with dry film resist specially designed for wet laminating applications. A uniform and continuous layer of water film is applied to the clean copper surface before laminating, and then the film is continuously laminated, which effectively improves the flow and adhesion of the dry film, thus reducing the generation of laminating defects such as interface bubbles.
