遵守法律法規：遵守國家安全法規與適用的環境保護法律、法規和標準，遵守在最終安全分析報告、環境影響報告中的承諾，嚴格執行質保大綱和有關技術規范。
強化污染預防：零傷病、零事故目標，我們認為，一切工傷、職業病以及安全和環境事故的發生都是可以預防的，我們的目標是其發生率為零。零廢物、零排放目標，我們將追求在資源利用上的零廢物率。原材料將得到循環和再利用以最大限度地減少對其處理量，同時節約資源。在廢物的滋生地，廢物將被安全、負責地處理掉。我們將力圖達到零排放，并把對健康和環境有最大潛在危險的因素做為優先考慮對象。當以往的慣例需要做修正時，我們將負責地加以修正。
